Heather Wisneski is a 15 year veteran of the staffing industry. She brings excellent knowledge of the various job disciplines and client needs of Waterbury and surrounding areas. Heather manages all functions of the Waterbury Region and represents Viking Resource Group at all major staffing and business functions. She is very active in transportation issues for employees and volunteers to participate in local boards to develop options for the Waterbury area. Heather also works closely with The Manufacturing Alliance Service to provide candidates to the schools and find opportunities for graduates.

Lisa Axelrod, Senior Sales Executive
Lisa Axelrod is a recognized leader in sales and marketing in the staffing industry. Her work in developing relationships with clients and colleagues is highly sought after. As Senior Sales Executive for the Waterbury Region, she reaches out to all surrounding communities including the Northwest Region. Lisa is an active member of several business and professional groups and sits on the board of important organizations such as the Naugatuck Valley Human Resource Council and the Northwest Connecticut Senior Job Bank. She received her BA from the George Washington University and earned an MA from Hofstra University graduating with their "Distinction" award.

Karen Cervone has been a member of the Waterbury Office since 1998. Since that time Karen has developed her recruiting and placement skills to the senior level. She utilizes her background in bookkeeping and payroll to identify clerical candidates. She is also the top placement coordinator for the light industrial sector.

John "Jay" Criqui joined the Danbury office in 2002. He was promoted to Sr. Placement Coordinator in 2004. Jay holds a BA from the University of Connecticut and an MA degree from the University of New Haven. He has been recognized for his client service skills, and with over 5 years experience as a recruiter, Jay also provides career counseling and resume writing services out of the Danbury office.
